The goal is to assist students to acquire and develop English language skills in reading, listening, speaking and writing. The teacher will consider students' needs, then teach and introduce:
- English alphabet and numbers
- nouns and pronouns to identify and name things, people, places etc
- adjectives, verbs and adverbs to describe things, show action and how action is carried out
- tenses, conjunctions and articles
- English pronunciation and intonation
- subject words and simple sentence construction
- simple conversation skills
- reading, listening and writing
- English for travelling around the city
- expressing feelings, choices, requests, gratitude, complaints
